STANDARD ONE YEAR WARRANTY.

Just Networking warrants its product to be free of defects in materials or workmanship and conforming to specifications at the time of shipment.

The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. If it has been more than one year since the product shipped from our factory, it will be at Just Networking’s discretion whether or not to honor the warranty without regard to the date of the purchase. During the warranty period, any defective products will be repaired or replaced, at Just Networking’s option, on a return-to-factory basis. This warranty covers defects that Just Networking determines are no fault of the user.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS.

This warranty does not include:

• Any condition resulting from other than ordinary wear or any use for which the product was not intended;

• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care;

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage;

• Dissatisfaction due to purchaser’s remorse;

• Normal wear and tear;

• Damages incurred during transportation; or

• Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.

Just Networking makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and Just Networking expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, Just Networking disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to you. For consumer transactions, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of the product to you.

Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.

 

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR SERVICE.

You are responsible for all shipping and freight charges to transport the product to Just Networking’s service center. A return merchandise authorization is required and can be requested by contacting sales@just-networking.com. Include serial number, description of the problem, and full contact information. The product must be packed carefully and shipped with the supplied power adapter. The product must be returned in the original inner packing including the cardboard inserts. A second box must be put around the factory boxes. The warranty will not be honored if the product sustains damage from being improperly packed. Once you have received the return merchandise authorization number and carefully packed the product, ship the product to Just Networking’s service center with transportation and insurance charges paid, and be sure to include your return shipping address.

 

WHAT WE WILL DO.

Once received, we will examine the product for any obvious signs of user abuse or damage as a result of transport. If the product is abused, damaged in transit, or is out of warranty, we will contact you with an estimate of the repair cost. Warranty work will be performed, and Just Networking will ship and insure the product to your address free of charge.
